We speak to top age group athlete Ali Rowatt this week. The former international hockey player has an impressive triathlon resumé and is incredibly consistent at the very pointy end of Age Group racing. She has finished second in her age group three times in four starts at Kona. The Team Freespeed athlete tells us about running a 2.45.30 marathon, why she's always looking out for the rescue boats in the swim and why she has no desire to leave her full time job as a lawyer to turn pro.
