Age Group Story: Laura Wilson tells us about her first Iron distance event at the Lakesman. She smashed her goal of 13.30 by nearly an hour and a half, winning her age group and finishing 7th woman overall, but that only tells part of the story. She kept herself process focused and ‘in the moment’ through the whole event, and is a great example of how focusing on ‘what matters right now’ can really help you create a performance better than you ever imagined was possible.
