Sarah True is an American professional triathlete; a former ITU World Championships silver medalist and two time Olympian. She finished 4th at the Olympic Games in London 2012, but then faced the heartbreak of having to drop out of the race following quad cramp in Rio 2016. In this incredibly brave interview, she opens up about her life-long battle with depressive illness, and describes the challenges she's had to overcome as an athlete dealing with depressive illness. She also talks about her recent move into 70.3 racing, finishing 4th in the World 70.3 Championships in her first season at the distance!
