Lucy Charles produced the performance of her career so far when she finished 2nd at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, 2018. We catch up with her again to hear the story of leading out the World's biggest race in her own words. We get the lowdown on her nutrition strategy (hint - it's going to surprise a lot of people!), her preparation block in Lanzarote, and the inspiration she's taken from Chrissie Wellington.
