Our interview of the week this week is with former World Duathlon and European triathlon Champion and two time Olympian Michelle Dillon. Doctors told Michelle she may not run again after she was forced to retire due to a back injury in 2008, but this week she'll be lining up as a PRO again at the World Duathlon Championships in Aviles, Spain. She'll be racing alongside one of the athletes she coaches, defending champion Emma Pallant. Michelle has some great advice about preparing for a World Championship race and on coming back from injury.
We also speak to Caroline Bramwell, a mum of two who only took up triathlon two years ago. Caroline tells us having an ostomy doesn't stop you doing triathlon... Or ironman!
