Our interviewee this week is new Canadian pro Malindi Elmore who went sub 9 on her Ironman debut at Arizona, to place third. Elmore comes from a 1500m running background and she represented Canada at the Olympics. But her swift progression in endurance sport is impressive, especially given that she also has a two year old son. What we can all take from the interview is quality over quantity really is key. Last year Malindi was training about ten hours a week, this year it's been more like sixteen. We'll certainly be following her progress!
