Imagine you're a champion Paralymian swimmer, and they take your event out of the next Olympics. What do you do next? You take your fitness and throw it into another sport, that's what!
That's what VI (visually impaired) athlete Rhiannon Henry did. And via a little (very successful!) diversion into cycling, she's ended up as one of Team GB's brightest Paratriathlon medal hopes for Rio 2016 after winning a World Cup event - in her first ever triathlon!
We catch up with Rhiannon and hear her amazing story!
